The enemy deliberately destroys the housing stock of Stepanakert and other Armenian settlements. This was reported by "Lurer" correspondent Mushegh Isakhanyan.
"The proof is the fragment of the Smerch missile on the balcony behind me. There are about 6,000 such buildings and properties damaged. Especially cassette missiles, the remnants of which have not yet exploded, are more dangerous. Such fragments are scattered in different parts of the street.
For several days now, the Artsakh State Emergency Service has been searching for such unexploded cluster munitions, taking them to a safer area and destroying them”, says Mushegh Isakhanyan.
Some of the cassette bombs are made in Israel and some in Turkey.
