The representative of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan presented details of the events that took place today on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border during a briefing with journalists at the Goris Information Headquarters.
"Azerbaijani Armed Forces, violating the ceasefire conditions in both southern and northern directions, have launched offensive operations. In particular, they carried out an attack accompanied by fire of armored vehicles and missiles. All attacks have been stopped. In some places the situation was relatively calm, no intense fire was fired from large-caliber weapons, but the ceasefire was not fully observed, which would allow the exchange of corpses and prisoners", said Hovhannisyan.
The representative of the Ministry of Defense reminding that the Turkish Air Force continues to lead the Azerbaijani Air Force, said: "With the protection of 6 Turkish F16, the Israeli and Turkish made drones strike at the infrastructure, channels and the Armed Forces of Artsakh. Those actions are stopped by the Defense Army".
False statements by the Azerbaijani side continue, Hovhannisyan said, reminding that the Armenian side has already denied the rumors that the Defense Army is violating the ceasefire. "Azerbaijan is again trying to create grounds for provocation for its further activities", Hovhannisyan said.
