"Ignoring the ceasefire announced for humanitarian purposes from October 10, the Azerbaijani armed forces fired rockets at peaceful settlements last night, as a result of which a residential house in Martakert burned down.
The fire-rescuers of the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service carried out fire-fighting work on the spot", the message reads.
