On October 11 the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan together with the RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan visited a number of medical institutions and met with the medical staff.
The President praised the professional work they do in difficult conditions of war, noting that their dedication these days deserves only praise. President Harutyunyan also expressed special gratitude to the doctors from the Motherland and the Diaspora, considering the joint work with the Artsakh colleagues a symbol of national unity.
Arayik Harutyunyan stated that there is no justification for the Azerbaijani military aggression, the international community must express a clear stance on the current situation.
