As it is known, on the explicit instruction of Turkey the Baku authorities, launched another large-scale aggression against the Artsakh Republic on September 27, resuming active hostilities, during which international terrorists, representatives of various extremist groups from Syria, Iraq and Libya, were transported from other regions with Turkish support.
This already well-known fact is confirmed not only by weighty international organizations and the media, but also by officials of a number of countries, including Russia, France, Iran, Syria.
It is obvious that international terrorism, taking advantage of the unprospective and short-term policy pursued by the Baku authorities and after the major defeat in Syria, is trying to establish itself in the region through the Turkish authorities and turn the region into a new terrorist center, which is a direct threat not only to Artsakh but to its immediate vicinity, the security and territorial integrity of US, Russia and Iran, creating new zones of instability in the region.
The Turkish authorities in Baku, obsessed with destroying Artsakh at all costs, do not even realize that transporting terrorists to this region, sponsoring and assisting them in establishing and creating appropriate bases and conditions for their activities, i threatens Artsakh in the short run, then in the long run it is a global threat to the regional countries, to international security and to the civilian population of Azerbaijan itself.
The National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic, highlighting regional peace, security, beneficial cooperation between the countries of the region, the fight against international terrorism, calls on the authorities of Armenia, Russia and Iran:
1. Condemn the use of international terrorist groups and their representatives by Azerbaijan in military aggression against Artsakh;
2. Establish a joint Anti-terrorism Coordination Center to detect international terrorists infiltrating the region, their locations and military bases and to develop joint neutralization programs;
3. Establish a joint Anti-terrorism Coalition to physically and effectively neutralize the terrorists and their groups infiltrating the region.
