On October 10 and 11, Azerbaijan continued to fire rockets at peaceful settlements in Artsakh, targeting civilian infrastructure and civilians.
"The Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic is committed to the agreement reached on the humanitarian ceasefire.
If Azerbaijan continues to violate the humanitarian ceasefire and launches offensive operations, the response of the Defense Army will be disproportionately harsh", the Defense Army stated.
