Vladimir Putin, the President of Russian Federation, convened a meeting of the Security Council, according to the official website of the Russian President.
Vladimir Putin presented the issues, to be addressed at the Security Council session.
“We will address the situation near to our borders, including the situation in South Caucasus”, Putin noted.
