I greet all of You in Armenia at the regular siting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. Unfortunately, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan could not participate to this sitting; we should hold a sitting without him. We wish peace and harmony in the domestic policy to the people of Kyrgyzstan.
This sitting is holding in a hard time because the military actions in Nagorno-Karabakh is continuing with using of contemporary weapons. Due to Azerbaijani artillery and rocket fire we have victims and wounded people in civic population and civic infrastructures were damaged.
However, I assure You that despite all the difficulties, our people are united.
I thank to all of You for arriving in Yerevan and wish you fruitful work and constructive discussions for the benefit of our integration, further strengthening of our Union.
Thank you”.
