At the special sitting the National Assembly adopted in the second reading and in full the draft amendments to the RA Code on Administrative Offenses and the attached package. 72 deputies voted for, no against, no one abstained.
The amendments to the RA Code on Administrative Offenses envisage completing and clarifying the scope of sanctions in case of violation of the legal regime of the Martial law.
The draft amendments to the RA Labor Code submitted by the "My Step" faction were also adopted in the second reading. These changes envisage that employees who have left for military service will retain their jobs.
