The Alforville City Council (France) unanimously voted in favor of the recognition of the Artsakh Republic. Alforville Deputy Mayor Garo Khachikyan stated this on his Twitter page.
The Council also decided to provide financial assistance by Alforville to the Armenian population of Artsakh.
