The Deputy of the RA National Assembly ("My step" faction) Babken Tunyan wrote on his Facebook page.
"I have to announce once more and sorry for my harshness.
It has been said several times that the best way to help is to transfer money to "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund, to the account of the Ministry of Finance օf the Republic of Artsakh or Soldier's insurance fund.
Many people with sincere motives continue or try to send various goods to Artsakh. This is undesirable but it's also natural so my deep gratitude to those people, but meanwhile, it's at least wrong to announce publicly that army needs something or call for help.
Hence I would like to remind you one of the points of the declared Martial law in the Republic of Armenia according to which:
It is prohibited to propagate and spread misinformation about the defence capacities of both states Republic of Armenia and Artsakh, including to question the capabilities of the Republic of Armenia and Republic of Artsakh. The Army leadership better knows what does the army need and how to solve the problems.
If we want to succeed, we can transfer money that will be used in a proper way. Finally, if after all what was said, a person continues to make such a calls on his own, or pretends to be a military specialist, makes judgments on social networks, then we have something to worry about".
