The consultations of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia took place in Moscow today.
Prior to the meeting, the RA Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan stated that the issues on the agenda were only the cessation of hostilities and the exchange of corpses and prisoners of war for humanitarian purposes.
The meeting between the conflicting parties took place at the call of Russian President Vladimir Putin last night.
