The Russian journalist was wounded in the second shelling by the Azerbaijani armed forces while covering the targeting of the Ghazanchetsots Church, as reports the Armenian Unified InfoCenter.
Shortly afterwards, new information was disseminated that there are several journalists injured in Shushi, one of them is in critical condition.
"According to preliminary data from Stepanakert, the Russian journalist is under surgery", Hovhannes Movsisyan, director of the Government's Information Analytical Center, posted on his Facebook page.
