Spokesman for the President of the Artsakh Republic Vahram Poghosyan made another post on his Facebook page, noting:
"Aliyev will soon go to Tsar by kneeling, but the Tsar will probably have more important things to do. Hugging the Sultan is not useful anymore. Armenian soldiers, I love you all".
