The PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan will remain in custody. The RA Criminal Court of Appeal rejected the defense lawyers' complaint on releasing Tsarukyan from custody.
Yerem Sargsyan, one of Tsarukyan's defenders, told the reporters that they did not yet know the details of the court decision. According to the lawyer, they will also file a cassation appeal.
