"Hot and heavy fighting continues along the entire line of contact. The Artsakh Defense Army is constantly inflicting new and painful losses to the enemy troops, the purpose of which is clear to the whole world. The terrorist gang called the military-political leadership of Baku and Turkey openly supporting it are trying to invade the territory of the Artsakh Republic in order to completely occupy it and physically annihilate the Armenian people. I am convinced that there is no one in the world who is not finally convinced of this truth. The force preventing this inhuman crime today is our army, which performs feats on the battlefield.
Our soldiers are fighting heroically for every inch of our land. All our compatriots stand out with their devotion, both in Artsakh, in the Motherland and in the Diaspora. Even in these victorious moments, we must not weaken our vigilance, we must continue to act soberly and clearly.
I am confident that this liberation struggle of ours will be appreciated by all future generations of our people. I assure you that together we will do everything to realize our national aspirations and goals.
