During his speech in RA Pparliament Andranik Kocharyan, member of My Step fraction, addressed the Armenian officers living abroad, those who served in special subdivisions and those with professional skills.
He presented the situation in Artsakh, stating that the Defense Army is fighting not only against Azerbaijan but also against the military and practical abilities of Turkey and that an information war is being waged on social media.
"By targeting civilians, infrastructure and journalists, Azerbaijan's actions threaten the security of the region. Ignoring the calls of the international community, Azerbaijan continues to commit war crimes, violating all international norms", he said.
According to him, the enemy can be forced to give up far-reaching intentions only through punitive actions. Kocharyan noted that the 1994 ceasefire was imposed at that price and became a reality.
"We need the full potential of Armenia and the Diaspora to deliver a quality punitive blow. The army needs constant intellectual growth and latest updates. We can not achieve victory without selfless help to each other, so I urge our compatriots in the Diaspora to support the army with their professional skills and resources. Time is short, we cannot delay anymore!. This time we will defeat the enemy together", Kocharyan stated.
