"In this war the fact of waging a right, literate, well-thought-out war is more emphasized. We are leading this war deliberately under the leadership of the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, so that we have less losses as a result of every step, every operation," Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan stated.
