The President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan called for a new anti-terrorist coalition against Azerbaijan and Turkey which brought terrorists to the region.
"I call on the civilized world to take an active part in the fight against terrorism. The imperative of the day is the creation of an efficient and productive international anti-terrorist coalition", Harutyunyan said.
