A short time ago the ECHR satisfied the request of the RA Government and applied an intermediate measure.
We learn from the Facebook page of the RA representative in the ECHR that the decision of the ECHR, in particular, reads:
"The court reaffirms the decision of 29 September to apply an interim measure and calls on all countries directly or indirectly involved, including Turkey, to refrain from violating the rights of the civilian population, protected by the Convention".
