The RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan presented details from his visit to Stepanakert. According to him, as a result of the Azerbaijani shelling, there are casualties among the military personnel as well as the civilian population.
"It was my third visit. I want to compare the situation of the first and third days. Stepanakert was completely bombed, and there was no difference between the missile targets. In terms of medical services, our partners are sometimes deprived of the opportunity to provide assistance to people in need, because Stepanakert and other cities are under air bombardment, and even ambulances are unable to provide assistance to those in need," told the Minister.
Torosyan mentioned that he had personally witnessed the rocket attack very close to the Republican hospital in Stepanakert. According to him, in all probability, the missile could have hit the hospital.
"Despite all this, we stand firmly by our compatriots. The whole medical community, leaving all other affairs in Armenia and Artsakh, is engaged in the treatment and evacuation of our wounded. We will fight up to the end, we will win," Torosyan said.
