On October 5, the RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan received US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Lynne Tracy.
The Minister presented the current course of hostilities and stressed Turkey's unprecedented direct involvement and support to the Azerbaijani side. Davit Tonoyan also stressed that the rapid development of the situation will be catastrophic for the whole region.
The US Ambassador expressed concern over the humanitarian issues raised during the hostilities, in connection with which David Tonoyan noted that they are not resolved due to the lack of interest of the other side.
