The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan shared a video on Facebook and made the following post:
"This is yesterday’s Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), a densely populated civilian city. Azerbaijani military repeatedly uses forbidden cluster-warhead missiles indiscriminate attacks. This civilian city, its peaceful population are under constant attacks. Many casualties, including killings and destructions already caused".
He concluded his post with the following words: “Clear terror-inspiring policy!”
