The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan responded to the statement of the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev.
It should be reminded that Hajiyev stated that the Armenian side allegedly fired a missile at the civilian infrastructure in Mingechaur, but the missile did not explode. He also published photos.
"What an intelligent behavior of this “Armenian” missile. It penetrated into the Azerbaijani asphalt so gently. Such an obvious falsification, very hilarious:)
