The Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation, France and the United States are preparing a joint statement on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov said. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
"The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, represented by the Presidents of Russia, France and the United States, have made a strong statement. Now we are preparing a statement", Lavrov said.
