On October 4 the RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a telephone conversation with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
2 Foreign Ministers discussed the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
Mnatsakanyan presented the large-scale aggressive actions of Azerbaijan, as a result of which the civilian population and infrastructure of Artsakh were deliberately targeted.
Touching upon Turkey's destabilizing involvement and the deployment of foreign armed terrorists in the conflict zone with the latter's support, the RA Foreign Minister stressed the importance of the immediate withdrawal of extra-regional forces.
The Interlocutors stressed the importance of ending hostilities.
