The information spread by the Azerbaijani media that Mekhakavan (Jabrail) is allegedly taken is absolutely false and does not correspond to reality at all.
The spokesman for the Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan stated this on Facebook.
"The Defense Army controls the situation in all directions, failing all the enemy's offensive operations", Poghosyan wrote.
