The French President Emmanuel Macron will raise the issue of Turkey's exclusion from the OSCE Minsk Group at an EU summit in Brussels. European Parliament member Charlie Weimers wrote about this on his Twitter microblog after the EU closed-door meeting on Karabakh.
"Macron confirmed that France has evidence that Turkey helped the Islamists move from Syria to Azerbaijan. He intends to ask the EU whether the European Union condemns Turkey's intervention in the conflict and whether it is considering withdrawing Turkey from the OSCE Minsk Group", Weimers said.
Earlier, the French President stated that according to the exact information available to France, the Syrian militants participating in the Karabakh war, had arrived from Turkey. "This is very serious and we will discuss it at the EU summit", Macron said.
