The Deputy Commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh Arthur Sargsyan touched upon the issue of exchanging deaths in the border zone, emphasizing that there should be at least a temporary ceasefire for the exchange.
"At the moment there is no tendency for a ceasefire. I do not have any other information", noted Sargsyan.
He also aid that he could not announce the number of casualties of the enemy in the border area at the moment, as it needs to be clarified. According to Sargsyan, the active phase is still going on, there is no ceasefire so that they can understand all that.
