Iran will not allow terrorist groups to turn its northern borders into areas threatening Iran's security, said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh.
"Moving some conflicts to the Caucasus, we should expect greater tragedies than the Karabakh conflict", he said.
