On October 1, the RA President Armen Sarkissian met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia Jonathan Lacote.
According to the Presidential office, Sarkissian touched upon the situation created by the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh. He also expressed deep concern over Turkey's open military-political assistance to Azerbaijan.
The President of Armenia highly assessed the efforts of the President of France aimed at overcoming the current situation.
