Responding to a question of RFE/RL, the White House informed: "During the conversation O'Brien stressed the importance of ending tensions immediately and resuming dialogue". This is the second response of the US Presidential Adviser to the resumption of hostilities in Karabakh.
Earlier, O'Brien posted a statement on his Twitter page, emphasizing that there is no military solution to this conflict. "The United States calls for an immediate ceasefire and a return to negotiations. Violence must stop", wrote the US President's National Security Adviser.
