The Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs countries, Russia, the United States and France, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump and Emmanuel Macron, have strongly condemned the escalation of tensions on the line of contact in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"We mourn the deaths and offer our condolences to the families of the victims and the injured.
We call on the parties to the conflict to cease hostilities immediately.
We also call on the authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan to take immediate and conscientious responsibility to resume talks with the participation of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs on the issue", the joint statement said.
