"According to YSU Acting Rector Gegham Gevorgyan, many university and out-of-university people applied to him to deprive Mikheil Saakashvili of the title of YSU Honorary Doctor.
"YSU Academic Council just unanimously voted in favor of the decision to deprive former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili of the title of YSU Honorary Doctor", YSU Spokesman Gevorg Emin-Teryan said on his Facebook page.
