Following the request of the European Court of Human Rights on September 29, as well as in addition to the previous information submitted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia to the European Court, today the RA Government sent additional information on the latest developments.
In particular it was submitted to the ECHR on September 30 regarding the targeting of the civilian population and civilian objects in the cities of Stepanakert and Martakert of the Artsakh Republic.
