The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia Arayik Harutyunyan made a post on his Facebook page, in which he stated that he receives many applications for financial assistance to the border and Artsakh.
"In order for the process to be systematic and manageable, it is proposed to make all transfers through this system to the account opened by the All-Armenian Fund https://www.himnadram.org/en .
All means will be directed to overcome the war and get out of the situation stronger" the minister wrote.
