"We keep constant contact with the Ombudsman of Artsakh". The RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan mentioned this, adding that the Artsakh Ombudsman started high quality fact-gathering work.
“We are constantly exchanging information. Civic population also made calls to us. Our work has always been 24 hours a day, but now we work in a special mode. The RA Ombudsman has the status of the most independent international body.
By using this status we are presenting reports to the Un Human Rights Council. The first we represent yesterday. The second, I think, we will present today which will be about on hate speech and call for violence”, Tatoyan said.
