The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated this during the briefing. According to him, there is no panic, everything is clearly managed and controlled.
"Today I visited Vardenis and saw how efficient and operative the local self-government bodies, the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the police and the ambulance are doing. Everyone does a lot of systematic work", said Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
He once again urged to limit calls to relatives serving in the army as much as possible. It is dangerous and targets them.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan, speaking about separate losses or achievements of positions, mentioned that there is no need to pay special attention to them. "We can have a position taken or handed over, it does not matter at all. This war is not a war of separate positions, but a war of great significance", Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
