Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council of RA, during the telephone conversation with the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolay Patrushev reffered to the situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border.
Grigoryan underlined the facts of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, including the tendencies of Azerbaijan to move the conflict to the territory of the Republic of Armenia and targeting the civilian population.
Armen Grigoryan also emphasized that Defense Army brilliantly performs all the combat tasks and keep the situation under control. He also spoke about negative influence of Turkey in the region.
Nikolay Patrushev expressed deep concern over the sitatuion and developments, and emphasized the need for peacefull settlement of the conflict.
