An information blockade has been carried out in Azerbaijan for three days now, misleading own public about information on the war.
Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Youtube and many other social platforms are disconnected. However, people have been able to find ways to bypass the blockades and pass on information to each other about the real picture of hostilities, the Azerbaijani casualties.
What is presented is a small part of the discussions spread on Azerbaijani social networks. The panic on Azerbaijani social networks intensified in the morning of September 28, when information was spread about the night battles. Against the background of the silence of the Azerbaijani authorities about the losses, the Azerbaijani public publishes photos, presenting the numerous victims.
By the way, among the killed Azeris are many servicemen of non-Turkish origin (talyshs, tats, avars etc). Representatives of these ethnic groups are holding small protests in different parts of Azerbaijan, complaining that this is not their war, they do not want their children to die for the turks. Public discontent and reports of increasing casualties are alarming the people of Azerbaijan.
