Levon Ter-Petrosyan, the first President of the Republic of Armenia, touched upon the Azerbaijani aggression against Artsakh.
“The imperative of the moment for the Armenian side is:
1) Thwarting the Azerbaijani military actions and cessation of the war without territorial losses.
2) Immediate resumption of substantive (not seemingly) talks on Karabakh settlement, at the initiative of Russia, in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs", Levon Ter-Petrosyan stated.
