The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has accepted Armenia's application for an interim measure against Azerbaijan, according to the Armenian representative to the ECHR.
It should be noted that Armenia applied to the ECHR with a demand to apply an intermediate measure against Azerbaijan, that is to force Azerbaijan to stop bombing civilian objects along the line of contact with Armenia and Artsakh, to force Azerbaijan to refrain from non-selective offensive operations, to force Azerbaijan to refrain from targeting civilian objects and settlements.
In addition to the ECtHR's request to apply an interim measure against Azerbaijan the previous day, Armenia today submitted new facts to the ECHR on the targeting of settlements, civilian objects and the population by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
