Andrey Rudenko, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, referred to the military aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh.
“We urge all actors, both external and internal, to exercise maximum restraint, including in terms of rhetoricc. Now we have to be extremely careful, tactful, to achieve an immediate ceasefire and the resumption of talks", Rudenko said.
