At the moment, the enemy is targeting settlements, said Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense, during a briefing at the Armenian unified infocenter.
"Immediately before the briefing, I received the next shots from the Martakert. Azerbaijani artillery hits that town. I will post a video in a few minutes", Hovhannisyan said.
