During the briefing, the representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan, referring to the question whether Azerbaijan can be recognized as a terrorist country by the international community, noted that it is an international political topic.
"It is the duty of all of us that the terrorist style of Azerbaijan, which is first of all expressed by targeting the civilian population in any way, involving the militants, we must present this in all instances with all arguments", Hovhannisyan said, emphasizing - how it will be recognized (or not) is another matter.
