Arman Abovyan, MP of the Prosperous Armenia faction, in his speech addressing the national minorities living in Azerbaijan, noted - this is not their war. The most part of the war victims is from minorities, Abovyan stressed.
“Don’t let Azerbaijani and Turkish fascistic regimes to use you in this war, kidnapping your children, keeping them, taking them out of Azerbaijan. You should sabotag all the instructions of the Aliyev criminal administration”, Abovyan said in is speech.
