"In case of declaring a military provision, a special sitting of the National Assembly is immediately convened by force of law". The RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan started the special sitting of the Parliament with this words.
115 deputies are present at the sitting in the parliament.
The main speaker on the issue, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, mentioned that he is ready to fight and die personally.
"I am ready to die for the sake of our homeland, the Armenian people have not been and will not be on their knees. The Armenian people must stand on this ground with a strong backbone and a clear mind. And we say, we are all soldiers, and we applaud those words, we say one thing, old or young, woman or man, today we have only one message to send to each other and to the world: we must look each other in the eyes and say: we are ready to die for the sake of the homeland and we will not concede a single millimeter of our homeland, we will not concede a single millimeter of our right, we must win because we have no other choice.
The Armenian people must exist forever, Armenia must exist forever, Artsakh must live, and Artsakh must exist forever. It must be self-determined, independent, autonomous, powerful, as it is today", said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
