The Russian Foreign Ministry touched upon the battles on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border.
"The situation in the Karabakh conflict zone has sharply aggravated. There are intense shots from both sides on the line of contact. Information about the losses is received. We urge the parties to immediately cease fire and start negotiations to stabilize the situation", the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Early in the morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched an active shelling and attack along the line of contact with Artsakh.
