The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Twitter page.
"The recent aggressive statements of the Azerbaijani leadership, the large-scale joint military exercises with Turkey, as well as the denial of the possibility of establishing an OSCE monitoring group clearly prove that this aggression was pre-planned and a large-scale provocation against peace and security in the region".
