Armenia has not applied to the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in connection with the escalation of the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh, said CSTO Spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov.
"At the moment, the CSTO Secretariat has not received any application from Armenia. We have always been in favor of a peaceful settlement of the conflict. The negotiation process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is considered an internationally accepted mechanism for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict", he said.
